Support is an oft-underestimated part of a web solution. Far enough, most of the time, you don't need it - but when you do, it suddenly becomes one of the most important things in the world.

Nothing is as frustrating as an unhelpful help desk. If you'll forgive us tooting our own horn: we've done very well so far, by dealing with support via e-mail and telephone. We're growing quite quickly, though, and to keep up with demand, we've decided to turbocharge our support solutions. Welcome to the new Raspberry Frog User Support of Awesomeness™.
